MBC Day Camp 2015 Registration

NEW! Due to popular demand we are happy to announce that we now accept online payments for Day Camp registrations. To take advantage of this please choose Option #1 below. This secures your child's spot immediately instead of waiting to mail payment. Please note we will not be offering half-day DVBS this year.

Instructions
Choose the Pay Online (Option #1) or Pay by Cheque (Option #2) and click the black button to register your first camper. You need to repeat this for each camper you are registering.
Online payment instructions:
- Once finished filling out the registration form, if you're paying online, simply click the cart button on the top right and proceed to check out. Remember to use the 3, 4, 5 camper discounts (found below) if applicable.
- If you need to edit your child's information you can do this by clicking "edit details" in the shopping cart.
- Enter your credit card information and click submit.
- You will be emailed a confirmation and receipt.
Pay by cheque instructions:
- Once finished filling out the registration form for each child, simply click the cart button on the top right and proceed to check out. You won't be required to put in any credit card information.
- If you need to edit your child's information you can do this by clicking "edit details" in the shopping cart
- Within 5 days of submitting your registration please mail a cheque (see price section) for the total amount.
Price
Each camper is $90. For families with more than 2 kids we offer a $25 discount per child starting at the 3rd and subsequent child. Please do not use the discount for children from different families. For example:
- 1 Camper = $90 total
- 2 Campers = $180 total
- 3 Campers = $245 total (including $25 discount) Use coupon code "3CAMPER" at checkout
- 4 Campers = $310 total (including $50 discount) Use coupon code "4CAMPER" (along with previous) at checkout
- 5 Campers = $375 total (including $75 discount) Use coupon code "5CAMPER" (along with previous 2) at checkout

Start by clicking the register button (pay online OR pay by cheque.
Fill out the application form (if more than 1 camper, hit the registration button again for each additional camper).
Once done with application form(s) click the cart to checkout.
Edit details for each camper if necessary and click checkout.
Enter email and phone number, and if using any coupons enter them now.
If paying online, enter your credit card info and click submit. You're done!
Option #1 (Preferred)
Register and pay online today!
Option #1 is quick and safe. Register each camper (one at a time) and once you have filled out registrations for each camper, simply pay online with our secure checkout.
Since your payment is received immediately, your spot is also reserved at time of payment.
This year we are offering discounts for families with more than 2 kids attending camp.
At checkout, use the following coupon codes to save $25 per subsequent camper starting at the 3rd. (Entering multiple codes is required for 4 or 5 campers)

Coupon code: "5CAMPER" for $25 off your fifth camper
(note: you must use the appropriate codes at checkout to obtain the discounts)
Option #2
Register now and send a cheque in the mail
If you prefer to send a cheque for your child's registration fee, we ask that you mail the cheque within 5 days of submitting this online registration request. Cheques should be payable to Markham Bible Chapel.
Please note, until we receive your full payment we cannot complete the registration and reserve your spot. Please make sure cheques are sent to:

- In the memo field please include the names of the children registering for camp.
- Refer to the "Price" section at the top of this page when making out your cheque.
